Mario Lavandeira a/k/a PerezHilton has once again twisted the facts (pictures below) so that he can spew his garbage, churn the rumor mill because he never??? tries to confirm a thing he writes. With this sequence you can see that confirmation is unnecessary, he simply took a group of about 15 photographs and chose the one he could embellish with falsehoods. I have a huge problem with Mario’s sophomoric humor if it includes something that is a blatant lie.

The First picture and the one that explains why Mischa is bending down, as she arrives at the Seven Star Gallery in Berlin at 1:17 AM.

PerezHilton neglects to mention that Mischa had a full day of work, appearing at the Hugo Boss fashion show, and then later spending time with other A-listers before attending the Art Show. Obviously this is a Jealous stab by him because he is not an A-lister or part of the fashionista crew.

This is the third picture of Mischa as she is still petting the dog and even looking up surprised as the papparazzi keep shooting pictures.

I really admire what your doing here (actually I was thinking someone should do this!) … There is no reason why celebrity gossip/news can’t be handled in an ethical way (with even a dash of compassion – imagine that!).

Well, actually Samantha Ronson sued him last year or something, but she lost because of the lack of information or proves.. or something like that i read..

The law protects all the ‘paparazzi, photographers, and reporters’.

i think perez is nasty, but the fact that he now has ghostwriters writing in his style (ie:other people furthering the bitchiness) made me leave his site for good when i used to check it more than once daily

I know that your tactics are honorable, and that they would probably never be posted here…but when are pictures/tapes of Perez/Mario and Harvey Levin going to show up on the web??? As icky as it would be…I cannot belive they don’t exist. Perhaps they will develop empathy when pics of them being sexually penetrated are posted in their own forum. Surely there are enough celebs willing to donate to the cause. Their own people can be bought easily.
