Howard K. Stern
Anna Nicole Smith’s former lawyer, who ingratiated himself into Anna’s life and became her “companion”, has filed a lawsuit. His new defendants are his former ‘love’ rival Larry Birkhead’s bodyguard and the actress Jackie Hatten for spreading malicious rumors about his sexuality and business affairs.
Stern claims Hatten and Mark Speer concocted lies and fed them to U.S. broadcaster Rita Cosby for a controversial 2007 tell-all, and he has filed a defamation lawsuit against the pair in Los Angeles.

Larry Birkhead
Cosby is already being sued for publishing allegations that Stern and Birkhead were gay lovers - both men have furiously denied the book claims.
In the new legal documents, Stern also claims Speer defamed him by telling Cosby he was stealing money from Anna Nicole.
Stern is suing Hatten and Speer for unspecified damages.
Once again this man is suing someone.
