Broadcasting & Cable has reported that Denise Richards’ reality show “It’s Complicated” has not been canceled, contrary to reports.

The truth isn’t quite that simple. A representative for E! says that the show has not been cancelled, but its future is still unclear.

“No, it hasn’t been canceled,” the spokesperson says. “It performs well for us and decisions are still being made regarding a second season”

According to the network, the premiere episode of It’s Complicated was the third most watched premiere in network history, and has averaged over 1 million total viewers for each new episode the rest of the season.

TheWB.com just launched and it contains the back catalog of WB TV hits including “Friends,” “The O.C.,” “Veronica Mars,” and “Buffy The Vampire Slayer.”

A source close to Time Warner said launching TheWB.com has no bearing on the fate of the CW, which has been struggling to attract viewers.

This source noted that the CW still buys programming from Warner Bros., and the content being put online at TheWB.com was never intended for the broadcast network.

The 45-year-old Alabama native joined a legion of celebrities at this week’s historic Democratic National Convention, where he spoke of his hopes of following in the footsteps of actor turned Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Charles Barkley, a registered Independent voter, told the New York Daily News: “I’m planning to run for governor of Alabama. I have to live there for seven years.
I bought my house there last year. I have homes in Arizona and Pennsylvania, but Alabama needs more help.”

While Steve Jobs is battling Pancreatic Cancer he is still very much alive. It is not uncommon for media outlets to have obituaries ready in the event a notable personality passes; the Associated Press revealed last year that they had an obituary written for pop superstar Britney Spears. They currently have over 1,000 already written and at the ready when such a sad event occurs. The mistaken reporting that Steve Jobs had died would likely be detrimental to the stock of Apple Inc.
