Kevin Federline says he has no plans to ask a family court to investigate his son’s health scare while with ex-wife Britney Spears.
“We’re not going to jump to conclusions right now,” attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan told E!. “I don’t anticipate there being a hearing. I anticipate that Kevin and Britney as concerned parents will exchange information and satisfy themselves that what happened was a freak occurrence and do what they have to do to make sure that it doesn’t happen again.”
Jayden, 2, was hospitalized overnight on Sunday in McComb, Miss., after suffering an allergic reaction to something he ingested.
“Kevin was considering going to Louisiana (after the hospitalization),” says Kaplan, “but the information that we had was Jayden was already checked out. There wasn’t an emergency.”
