Regis Philbin has been joking around lately on his show, about selling his house in Greenwich, CT. Now, it’s confirmed that Regis is moving to another house somewhere in Connecticut. Public records don’t yet show the evidence of a purchase by Regis. Regis continues to own a 51st-floor condo unit in the Millennium Tower in Manhattan, which he purchased in early 2001 for $1,200,000. Regis Philbin and his wife have placed their four-bedroom, 5,919-square-foot house on the market for $5,400,000.
